1-2 Business Days

Our fastest shipping option. Priority handling and expedited delivery. Includes tracking.

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in:

  • Plain packaging with no logos or pharmacy markings
  • No indication of contents on the package exterior
  • Discreet sender name on shipping label
  • Secure, tamper-evident packaging to ensure product integrity

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. Processing times:

  • Monday-Friday orders: Processed same business day if received before 2pm EST
  • Weekend orders: Processed on the following Monday
  • Holiday orders: May experience slight delays during federal holidays

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Link to carrier tracking website
  • Estimated delivery date

Delivery

Signature Requirements

  • Standard shipping: No signature required
  • Express/Priority: Signature may be required based on carrier policy
  • High-value orders: May require signature confirmation

Delivery Attempts

If you're not available to receive your package:

  • Carrier will leave a delivery notice
  • Package may be left at your door (if no signature required)
  • You can arrange redelivery or pickup at carrier facility

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Order weight and size

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • PO boxes (for priority/signature-required deliveries)
  • International addresses
  • Addresses where delivery is prohibited by law

Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the carrier for delivery details
  • Contact us if you still cannot locate your package

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents

  • We will arrange for replacement or refund

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or quantity:

  • Do not open or use the medication
  • Contact us immediately
  • We will arrange for correct product delivery and return of incorrect items

Weather & Delays

While rare, severe weather or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times. We'll notify you of any significant delays. For urgent orders, consider express shipping options.
