Track the status of your Promedic order below. You can find your order number and tracking information in the confirmation email we sent when your order was processed.
Order Tracking
To track your order, you'll need:
- Your order number (sent via email confirmation)
- Your tracking number (sent when order ships)
Note: Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment.
How to Track Your Order
Method 1: Email Tracking Link
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation from Promedic
- Click the tracking link in the email
- You'll be directed to the carrier's tracking page
- View real-time updates on your shipment

Use your tracking number on the carrier's website:

Order Status Definitions
Order Received
Your order has been received and is being processed. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Processing
Your order is being prepared for shipment. This typically takes 24 hours.
Shipped
Your order has been handed to the carrier. You'll receive tracking information via email.
In Transit
Your package is on its way. Check tracking for current location and estimated delivery.
Out for Delivery
Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today.
Delivered
Your package has been delivered. Check your tracking for delivery confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after shipment
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after shipment
- Priority Express: 1-2 business days after shipment
Note: These are estimates from the ship date, not order date. Add 24 hours for order processing.
Tracking Issues
No Tracking Information Available
If your tracking number shows no information:
- Wait 24 hours - tracking may not update immediately
- Verify you're using the correct tracking number
- Check that you're on the correct carrier's website
- Contact us if still no information after 48 hours
Package Shows Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check your mailbox, porch, and all entry points
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Check with building management (for apartments)
- Contact the carrier for delivery details
- If still not found, contact us immediately
Tracking Not Updating
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days:
- This is sometimes normal during transit
- Contact the carrier for more information
- Contact us if concerned about your delivery
Delivery Preferences
Most carriers allow you to set delivery preferences using your tracking number:
- Hold for pickup at carrier facility
- Request redelivery on a specific day
- Authorize release without signature
- Provide delivery instructions

Privacy and Discretion
All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The sender name on the tracking information will be discreet with no indication of contents.
